Make your designs pop with our expert All over Print (AOP) service. We are one of the only mills in the region with continuous all-over printing service which we apply within our make-up units or on a subcontract print basis. Our in-house engraved nickel screens and expertise in various types of prints, including pigment, discharge, and burn-out, guarantee high-quality results every time.

Whatever your vision is for the final look, feel, or purpose of your product, we can deliver what you expect thanks to our comprehensive finishing services. Our unit handles both mechanical finishes (peaching, brushing, and shearing) and chemical finishes (wicking, bio-wash, anti-bacterial, and water-repellent). We do it all.

We offer our clients an extensive array of printing options including Waterbase, Plastisol, Reflective, High density and more. With a total daily production capacity of 100,000 prints using automatic printing machines, quality and speedy delivery are guaranteed.

We have both normal embroidery as well as chain and sequin embroidery machines within our units. Our specialties are Satin, Tatami, Running stiches, Sequins, Applique, 3D foam effect, Chenille, and more. We mostly use Madeira, Isacor shiny thread, wool thread and matt polyester thread in our embroidery 

Mauritius, Madagascar, and South Africa, are home to our garment manufacturing production units. All are WRAP and BCSI certified and equipped with the latest Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) equipment in the industry, guaranteeing that we can meet your order on time and deliver the quality you expect.

Our in-house Testing Laboratory follows your specified test methods and provides prompt feedback on any non-conformity issues. In addition to this, our quality assurance department assesses every step of our production process, from pre to post, to ensure that every product we deliver is flawless.

That way, you can know exactly what your design will look like before it even goes into production. No more guessing games, no more waste. It's a win-win situation for everyone! Our use of 3D software is also eco-friendly. By being able to preview designs virtually, we eliminate the need for physical samples and do our part to reduce textile waste and minimise our carbon footprint.
